At AlAliGems Jewelry, every order is carefully inspected, securely packaged, and prepared with attention to detail prior to shipment.

Orders are generally processed within 5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Processing times may vary during holidays, sales periods, high-order volume periods, product launches, custom order production, severe weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or unforeseen operational delays.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Processing time and shipping transit time are separate estimates.

We offer free standard domestic shipping on eligible United States orders totaling $75 USD or more before taxes and shipping fees.

Customers may select from available shipping carriers and shipping methods during checkout. Shipping costs, carrier options, and estimated delivery timeframes are calculated and displayed directly at checkout based on the customer’s shipping destination and selected carrier service.

AlAliGems Jewelry is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, transit interruptions, weather delays, lost scans, delivery exceptions, or other shipping-related issues outside our control.

International shipping rates, available courier options, and estimated delivery timeframes are calculated and displayed directly at checkout based on destination country, package specifications, and selected shipping method.

Customers are solely responsible for selecting their preferred international shipping option during checkout.

AlAliGems Jewelry does not collect or control international customs charges and cannot predict or estimate these fees.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and understanding their country’s import regulations prior to placing an order.

Refused international shipments due to unpaid customs charges may be subject to return fees, customs penalties, shipping deductions, and non-refundable carrier charges.

Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

AlAliGems Jewelry is not responsible for lost packages, delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping expenses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses submitted by the customer.

If a shipment is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as shipped, responsibility for transit and delivery lies with the carrier.
